Persona Vision’s AI leveraged semantic understanding, experience analysis, and contextual keyword relevance — leading to highly aligned matches.

Persona Vision automatically anonymizes all CVs during screening, removing:

🧠 Personality Insights
Beyond CVs, Persona Vision integrates a scientifically grounded Personality Inventory. Each shortlisted candidate was prompted to complete a brief digital assessment based on the Five Factor Model (Big Five).
This analysis revealed:

These insights allowed hiring managers to go beyond qualifications and assess cultural and interpersonal fit — a dimension nearly impossible to evaluate from a CV alone.
🎥 AI-Powered Video Interview
For the top 10 AI-selected candidates, Persona Vision auto-generated personalized interview questions and conducted video interviews using AI avatars.
- Each interview included contextual questions based on the candidate’s CV and personality report
- AI avatars presented the questions with natural speech and humanlike gestures
- Candidate responses were analyzed for clarity, confidence, and stress cues
Manual reviewers, by contrast, used static question lists — resulting in:
- Repetitive questioning
- Poor alignment with specific candidate backgrounds
